MILLBRAE — A San Bruno man already on bail after allegedly brandishing a gun during a confrontation on a San Mateo road was arrested Wednesday in connection to an alleged robbery and assault of a convenience store cashier, according to authorities.

San Mateo County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a reported robbery at 5:14 a.m. Wednesday at the 7-Eleven on the 400 block of El Camino Real in Millbrae. Deputies found a person suffering from facial injuries.
