Los Gatos chef-entrepreneur Hanna Pham is going all in on Hanna Noodle Bar, her casual fusion concept.
After operating her upscale North restaurant for more than four years, she has closed that art-filled space on Santa Cruz Avenue and opened a second Hanna up the street. The original Hanna Noodle Bar is located at the Cornerstone center on Los Gatos Boulevard.
“The support from the town of Los Gatos … has been incredible, and while saying goodbye to North is bittersweet, we’re excited to bring the best Asian fusion flavors to our customers, including some familiar dishes from North,” she said.

Long known to South Bay fans of Vietnamese fare, Pham had previously run Hanna’s Bistro at the North address and before that, owned 19 Market in downtown San Jose for several years.
At both Hanna locations, customers will find classic soups — Beef Pho, Chicken Pho, Wonton Noodle Soup and Tonkotsu Pork Belly Ramen — as well as Saigon Chicken Wings and Banh Mi. Signature dishes, some from North, vary between the two restaurants. Saigon Steak, Shaken Chicken and Tamarind Ribs are on the new downtown menu; Vietnamese Tacos, Grilled Korean Short Ribs and Mango Papaya Salad highlight the Cornerstone menu.
Details: Open Tuesday-Saturday for lunch and dinner hours at the new downtown location, 155 N. Santa Cruz Ave., and open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Cornerstone location, 15960 Los Gatos Blvd.; www.hannanoodlebar.com
