The 49ers are going back to the Super Bowl for the eighth time after their comeback victory over the Detroit Lions on Sunday night at Levi’s Stadium.
The big game will be played at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Feb. 11.

The Bay Area News Group checked prices (hotel, airfare, tickets) after the 49ers rallied from a 17-point halftime deficit to secure their spot against the Kansas City Chefs in the Super Bowl.
The cheapest rooms for Super Bowl weekend on hotels.com – check in Feb. 9 check out Feb. 12 – were at Circus Circus ($265 per night, $1,020 total).
The same dates at the Flamingo will set you back $309 per night and $1,187 total.
The Rio came in at $369 per night, the Luxor $468.
If you prefer next-level accommodations, the Fontainebleau on the Strip is $1,380 per night.
The distance between the Bay Area and Vegas makes it possible to drive, which might not be a bad option. It’s about 550 miles, give or take a few. Roughly eight hours by car.

On Expedia.com, flights started at $324 from San Francisco, $344 from San Jose and $385 from Oakland.
On Orbitz, they started at $323 from San Francisco, $373 from San Jose and $384 from Oakland.

On SeatGeek on Sunday night, prices ranged from $7,349 to $41,678, up from $6,999 earlier in the day.
Stubhub’s cheapest pair of tickets started at $6,186 each. The next-cheapest was at $7,200.
