Pulp is set to perform its first North American tour in more than a decade.
It’s a short tour, with just four dates on the calendar. Yet, fortunately, two of those dates are in the Golden State.
The English group — which ranks as one of the finest modern rock troupes of all time — performs Sept. 16 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco and Sept. 18 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.
Pulp last performed in North America in 2012.
Tickets go on sale to general public at 10 a.m. March 22, ticketmaster.com. Fans can sign up for a pre-sale by joining the band’s mailing list at WeLovePulp.info before midnight on March 18.

The support act for the tour is Escape-ism.
