Officers went to the area of Third Street and Quesada Avenue because of a shot-spotter activation around 9:30 p.m. Monday, April 29. They found a man suffering from gunshot wounds, the police account said.
After emergency aid from officers and paramedics, the man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No victim identification or details of a suspect were released.
