SUNNYVALE – Authorities on Thursday announced the arrests of two more boys in connection with the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man last April in Sunnyvale.

Detectives and SWAT team members arrested one boy Tuesday in San Jose, the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety said in a news release. The other boy was arrested Thursday at Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall, where he was already in custody for an unrelated offense.
A third boy was arrested May 1 in connection with the homicide, according to authorities.
The shooting happened just after midnight on April 30 in the 100 block of South Bernardo Avenue. Officers arrived to find a man inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds.
The man was taken to a hospital, where he died of his injuries. The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office identified him as Alexandro Cuevas Cruz, 19, of Sunnyvale.
The homicide remains under investigation. Authorities have not released a motive.
