OAKLAND — Fourteen people were injured, two of them critically, when a vehicle crashed into an AC Transit bus Friday afternoon in Oakland, according to authorities.

The collision, which involved a total of three vehicles, happened near 54th Avenue and International Boulevard, the Oakland Fire Department said in a social media post.
The fire department said 15-plus firefighters were at the scene providing medical aid to the victims.
The number of patients needing medical aid or transport at 54th & International Blvd is now 14. Occupants from all three of the vehicles involved (including the bus) suffered varying levels of injuries.
