Chez Philippe Los Gatos offers a three-course prix fixe menu with choices like lobster bisque, French onion soup, ratatouille crepe, filet mignon or salmon. Early seating is 5:30-6 p.m. at $150 per person, with a Night Owl seating 7:30-8:30 p.m. at $250. Shepherd & Sims in Los Gatos is open for NYE dining with a special two-course menu featuring Lobster Vol Le Vent with wild mushrooms and winter vegetables, or bone marrow with apple butter, bacon and chimichurri, plus dessert. The Tasting House Los Gatos offers both Champagne ($250) and wine ($200) pairing menus featuring five courses, along with hats, flowers, balloons and live music from 6 p.m. until midnight.
