It’s the man’s seventh arrest since late 2022.

Police conducted the operation after a neighbor called to report seeing the man firing a BB gun in his yard. Authorities say they’ve been to the home several times, including for reports that the man was threatening to harm himself or others.

His most recent arrest came in late February, when officers arrested him for allegedly having a concealed knife on the sidewalk outside his home, court records show.
