The restaurant has opened at Lincoln Landing, a new luxury apartment village on Foothill Boulevard. The six-floor complex features ground-level retail spaces.

Besides burritos, bowls and quesadillas stuffed with chicken, carnitas, steak, barbacoa, veggies and plant-based sofritas, Chipotle’s menu now includes a limited-time offering, carne asada. Billed as their most tender steak, the meat is marinated, then grilled and spiced with cumin, coriander and oregano and finished with cilantro and lime.

According to a spokeswoman, this location offers local nonprofits the opportunity to hold fundraisers for a percentage of sales.
