Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is quietly building a massive compound on the Hawaiian island of Kauai, which includes a 5,000-square-foot underground bunker for, you know, just in case, according to Wired.

Zuckerberg has spent $170 million on land purchases on the island and is building a $100 million 57,000-square-foot compound, called Koolau Ranch, that is two mansions on top of a bunker, according to the Wired investigation.

The sprawling property includes 30 bedrooms, pools, spas, elevators, tennis courts, conference rooms, and an industrial kitchen. The plan is to host corporate events on site.

But the structures will be connected by a secret tunnel that leads to a shelter behind a metal door filled with concrete that can withstand blasts. There will be living spaces in the bunker, but also an escape hatch. The entire property will be self-sufficient, producing its own energy and food and fed by an 18-foot-tall water tank.

If you’re interested in taking a peek at the compound, it is hidden from the road and has 24-hour security. Although there have already been two events hosted on the property, anyone working on the project is required to sign a strict non-disclosure agreement.
