Mom says son was beaten by juvenile in Los Gatos

BATTERY: 3:54 p.m. on Los Gatos Boulevard. A caller reported that two juveniles “shoulder checked” her son as they were walking in front of the Acura dealership. One juvenile, an eighth-grader at Fisher Middle School, hit her son multiple times until he blacked out on the sidewalk.

JUVENILE DISTURBANCE: 7:29 p.m. at Victory Lane and West Main Street. A caller reported seven or eight teenagers who were throwing a football around for a few minutes and refused to leave.

JUVENILE DISTURBANCE: 7:02 p.m. at Fisher Middle School on Fisher Avenue. At least two juveniles were reportedly running on the roof of older buildings in the area, holding brown bottles that could have been beer.

MUNI CODE VIOLATION: 10:00 a.m. at Jack in the Box on Los Gatos Boulevard. A caller again complained that the volume on the drive-through speaker was too loud. He lives next door and says the volume is so high that he can hear it from his house.

JUVENILE DISTURBANCE: 7: 23 p.m. at Walgreens on Blossom Hill Road. A group of juveniles were playing on pallets in the back of the store.
