A mountain lion was spotted Saturday afternoon on the 300 block of Vallejo Drive in Millbrae, near open space running parallel to Interstate 280, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s office.
No injuries or incidents have been reported and deputies are in the area.
Community members are asked to use caution and to call 911 if they see the animal.
A mountain lion was spotted last week near Happy Hollow Park and Zoo in San Jose.
