Al B Sure calls for investigation of Kim Porter book amid Sean “Diddy” Combs arrest

R&B singer Al B Sure is calling for a thorough investigation into a book purporting to contain diary entries penned by his late ex-wife Kim Porter that he alleges are “fake.”

“I am writing this post to formally request an investigation into an entire group of individuals who worked at or around the residence of Ms. Kimberly Porter,” B Sure wrote on his Instagram. “Including the publicists who assisted drafting this.”

The post was paired with snippets from Jamal T. Millwood’s book ,“Kim’s Lost Words.”

The singer, whose real name is Albert Joseph Brown III, says people who worked closely with Porter “were also instructed to steal her computer and mobile devices, which contained her ‘original book notes.’”

“Original notes are distinct from the fabricated bulls–t and offensive pages circulated via Amazon which depict graphic sexual acts involving me that NEVER took place,” he explained. Sure appears to be referring to a portion of the book that claims he had sexual encounters with Diddy.

The “Nite and Day” singer insists that “There will be a significant suit headed right for the heads of the responsible parties who dragged my name into this bulls–t.”

Porter, who suddenly died in 2018 of pneumonia, was married to B Sure from 1989 to 1990. They share a son, Quincy Brown, who was later adopted by Combs. The Bad Boy Records founder dated Porter on and off in the 1990s through 2007.

Over the years, B Sure has voiced his suspicions around the model’s death, which he again expresses in the Instagram post, adding that they “talked right up to a few days prior to her demise“ and that she was “in good health.”

“The absence of Ms. Porter leaves a void, depriving her of the opportunity to address these inaccuracies personally and to share her own factual memoirs detailing the brutal terror and madness she endured.”

Combs was arrested and charged for three counts: sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, transportation to engage in prostitution and racketeering conspiracy.

He is currently being held without bond at the Metropolitan Detention Center In Brooklyn.
