BART found its morning commute affected early Monday after the agency closed service on its line from Richmond to Millbrae and endured partial service and delays elsewhere.
Travelers on that red line were asked to take a shuttle between the San Francisco Airport station and Millbrae, and then told to transfer to the yellow line. That line takes customers between Antioch and the SFO station.

Those hopping on trains at the Richmond station and trying to get to Millbrae were advised to take the orange line that runs between Richmond and the Berryessa/North San Jose station, then transfer onto the yellow line at the MacArthur station.
Service also was limited on BART’s green line between Daly City and Berryessa/North San Jose. Passengers traveling on the San Francisco line were advised to board a Dublin/Pleasanton train before transferring at Bayfair station to a Berryessa/North San Jose-bound train. Those coming form Berryessa were advised to board a Richmond-bound train and transfer at Bayfair to a Daly City train.
A 20-minute delay on the San Francisco line in the SFO, Millbrae, Daly City and East Bay directions also was holding up travel. That delay was caused by power issues between Daly City and Balboa Park, the agency said.
