Sept. 23

3500 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone entered a garage and stole camping gear.

Overnight in the 500 block of East Hacienda Avenue: Someone attempted to steal a Hellcat and a Lexus but was unsuccessful.

Overnight in the 1000 block of West Hacienda Avenue: Someone attempted to steal an Infinity but was unsuccessful. Entry was made through the sunroof

6:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: Someone smashed the window to the victim’s locked vehicle and took her purse.

700 block of West Hacienda Avenue: Someone took the catalytic converter from a 2016 Toy Corolla.

9:30 p.m. in the 00 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone shot a BB or pellet gun at the front window, causing damage.

1000 block of Lovell Avenue: Someone contacted the victim via computer, stating it had a virus. The victim later learned she had $1,500 stolen.

Sept. 24

8:50 p.m. in the 1100 block of Smith Avenue: During an argument over parking issues, a woman, 42, challenged the victim to a fight.

6:05 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone stole a bag of make-up and fled.

7:49 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone entered a store with a crowbar, pried open the fragrance case and took $1,000 worth of product.

6 p.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone shot a BB at the window to a business, causing damage.

1:01 a.m. at the Motel 6 on Camden Avenue: A woman said she was sexually assaulted by a man, 37. She was transported to Valley Medical Center by an advocate but declined a sexual assault exam and any assistance or investigation by law enforcement. The victim knew the suspect from a group home in San Jose.

Sept. 25

Overnight in the 500 block of West Hacienda Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle.

6:20 a.m. in the 1000 block of Camden Avenue: Two suspects forced entry to a work truck and stole clothing and an Ipad.

Overnight in the 00 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone shot a BB at the window, causing damage.

8:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Valley Forge Way: Someone shot a BB at a window. A BB was located in between the windows.

Overnight at Eden Avenue and Rosemary Lane: Someone forced entry to a vehicle.

1:25 p.m. at West Campbell and Milton avenues: A man, 54, spit in the victim’s face. He had a warrant out of Napa for drug-related charges.

6:25 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Bascom Avenue : Someone entered the store and took items.

Sept. 26

1:46 a.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The suspect pushed and grabbed the victim, preventing her from leaving.

1:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Sobrato Drive: A man, 42, was contacted after he called police to report unwanted calls. He had an outstanding warrant for domestic battery.

6:58 p.m. at West Campbell and Carlyn avenues: A man, 34, who had a suspended driver license, was the driver of a vehicle involved in a collision. He displayed signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was found to be DUI.

7:19 p.m. in the 2000 block of S. Winchester Boulevard: A backpack was stolen.

Sept. 27

Overnight in the 00 block of Union Avenue: Someone forced entry into a business and stole a safe.

9:58 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 32, was contacted after he caused a disturbance. He had an outstanding warrant for assault.

5:30 p.m. in the 200 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Two suspects entered a business and stole a wallet.

12:56 a.m. at West Hamilton and Leigh avenues: A man was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He identified himself using his brother’s name and date of birth, believing he possibly had a warrant. He was identified via mobile ID and was arrested.

2:10 a.m. at Civic Center Drive and Third Street:  A driver, 23, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. They were found to be DUI and was placed under arrest.

7:45 a.m. in the 100 block of Victor Avenue: Two suspects entered the victim’s backyard and tried door handles. They fled in a red Honda that was reported stolen out of San Jose.

Overnight on West Rincon Avenue: Someone spray-painted the bathrooms at the north side of the park.

Overnight in the 300 block of Dunster Dr. A white 1995 Chevrolet Cheyenne was stolen.

Driver flees accident scene in Saratoga; DUI suspected

6:54 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A woman and a man stole items. Both were in possession of suspected oxycodone/fentanyl, and the woman was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were cited and released at the scene.

8 p.m. in the 100 block of West Rincon Avenue:  Someone broke into a bank of mailboxes and stole mail.

4:32 a.m. in the 300 block of Orchard City Drive: A man was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He was arrested and released at the sobering center.

Sept. 29

8:35 a.m. in the 2400 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man refused to leave the VTA platform after being told to do so. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself and was transported to the sobering station.

1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Loss prevention accused the suspect of embezzling less than $950 from the business over the course of several days.

11:30 p.m. at Hamilton and Salmar avenues: A man, 35, was stopped for vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

1:53 a.m. at 501 W. Hacienda Ave.: Two suspects were involved in a fight. They were stopped driving away, and the driver was found to be DUI. The other suspect was too intoxicated to care for himself.
