Golden State Warriors fans had a rare chance to interact with their idols on the court during their open practice at the Chase Center on Wednesday.

To kick off the event, Warriors General Manager Mike Dunleavy joined Warriors Television Play-By-Play Announcer Bob Fitzgerald for a question-and-answer session. Afterwards, Warriors players and coaches took the court to participate in drills and shooting competitions which included some young fans.

Warriors rookies, including Reece Beekman, Blake Hinson and Quinten Post, sang songs to the crowd as part of their rite of passage while Stephen Curry did introductions. Players also signed small autographed plastic balls for fans and tossed them into the crowd.

Thousands attended the practice, paying just $5 for tickets,  with proceeds benefitting the Warriors Community Foundation.
