SAN JOSE — A man suspected of pointing a gun at victims during a road rage incident in December has been arrested, according to authorities.
In a news release Thursday, police said officers responded on Dec. 11 to reports of a man brandishing a gun in the intersection of North 13th Street and Jackson Avenue, adjacent to Backesto Park. Victims at the scene said they were driving southbound on North 13th Street when a man pulled up and pointed a gun at them.
A months-long investigation revealed the suspect to be a 33-year-old Campbell man. Police didn’t say this week how he was identified.
