Man stabbed, killed in San Jose; No word on potential suspect

SAN JOSE — Police are investigating a deadly stabbing that took place in San Jose on Sunday afternoon, according to authorities.

Police responded to a report of a stabbing on the 1500 block of Almaden Expressway at about 4:24 p.m. Officers found a man suffering from at least one stab wound, police said. He was transported to a hospital, where he later died.

He was yet to be identified by the Santa Clara County Office of the Medical Examiner-Coroner as of Monday morning.
